Can my employer discriminate against me for my ethical vegan beliefs?

Vegans feel unfairly treated at work due to strong ethical vegan beliefs. A lack of understanding as to the potential impact of the Equality Act 2010. Employers need to be taking such beliefs seriously and acting against those who are derogatory about vegans.
