Limitless Choice

If you only eat a whole food plant-based diet, you are limiting your choice, and therefore removing anxiety from your life. When your choice is between 500 kinds of potato chips or 12 fruits. I’d choose the fruit.

Also if we get enough people to choose vegetarian, people will fall in line because it will be socially awkward to eat meat.

Bottom line, tons of good information in this world of limitless choice.
