Why do some people seem to be more confident than others? Is it in their blood? Or is it something they must practice? Although one's self-assurance may be said to be somewhat natural, the majority of us (including myself) must work on it on a daily basis. That's why I'm presenting you with these ten pointers today to help you become a more confident plant-based guy.
There are plant-based men out there who are highly confident in themselves and their abilities. Here is how they do it:
They take action - Highly confident plant-based men are not afraid to take action.
They have a clear vision and they are willing to put in the work to make it happen.
They aren't afraid to fail - These men know that failure is a part of life and they are not afraid to embrace it. They see it as a learning opportunity and they use it to propel themselves forward.
They take care of themselves - These men understand the importance of taking care of their bodies and minds. They eat healthy plant-based foods and they make sure to get enough exercise.
They push themselves - Highly confident plant-based men are always looking for ways to challenge themselves and push their boundaries. They know that growth comes from outside of their comfort zone.
They think positively - These men choose to focus on the positive aspects of life. They believe in themselves and they know that they can achieve anything they set their minds to.
They are open to learning - Highly confident plant-based men are always open to learning new things. They ask questions and they are willing to try new things.
They don't need to be heard - These men are confident in who they are and they don't need validation from others. They do not feel the need to please everyone and they are comfortable with being misunderstood.
They don't please everyone - Highly confident plant-based men are not people pleasers. They do not try to fit in or conform to societal norms. They are true to themselves and they live their lives on their own terms.
They are plant-based - These men understand the importance of eating a healthy plant-based diet. They know that this way of eating is best for their bodies and the environment. These men understand the importance of finding a healthy exercise routine. They make sure to move their bodies every day and they focus on exercises that are good for their health.

You might believe that I am a totally self-assured individual all the time. But what I'd like you to understand is that this is not the case. And to build confidence, I think about these things on a daily basis and work on them.
