There are two types of vegan:
There’s the vegan who is all in, making their own toothpaste from dry bark and possum spit, hand-sewing their own clothes made from the hemp grown (and liberally smoked) in their backyard, and spending 16 hours out of every day crafting the finest plant-based cuisine from the purest organic ingredients right down to the Durum wheat used in their hand-rolled pasta.
Then there’s the vegan who… isn’t!
I love trying out new recipes and finding new cookbooks. In my latest blog, I share seven of my favorites for people just starting out on the plant-based pathway or who like to indulge in simple yet flavorsome home-cooked meals.
