The beginning of the Real Men Eat Plants journey...

I just watched the movie Forks Over Knives. If you haven’t yet seen the movie, I highly recommend it.

It got me thinking, first about the economic impacts of being a vegan, then about the health benefits around it, and finally if one of my favorite quotes from the movie was available as a domain name, “Real Men Eat Plants.”

To my surprise, the domain was available. So a few days later, here I sit typing up the first entry into what I hope will become a regular routine of helping to inspire a more vegan lifestyle, especially for MEN.
