The man who inspired this website. Rip Esselstyn who said “Real Men Eat Plants” in the movie Forks Over Knives. He has his own book out, which of course I bought and am reading through it, and is on tour speaking with people across America about their diet. He has a truly inspirational story, backed with tons of real life case studies.
